Object Persistence Framework

The intent of the persistence framework is to provide a generic persistence mechanism for data model objects to a variety of backends (i.e. relational database, XML files, etc.). While there are several object persistence models out there (notably TopLink and RogueWave), none appear to be free.

A prototypical persistence framework has been completed, although there are some known issues with Oracle RDBMS. Hopefully the persistence team will be commiting their source code to CVS in the near future.
